Thorold, Ontario – KC Auto Parts Victory Lane at Merrittville Speedway welcomed two new winners June 15th with Randy Giroux and Steven Beckett winning their first features in the Superior PetroFuels Junior Restricted and Philbrick Farm & Garden Equipment Wilder Racing Engines Senior Animal Divisions respectively.

Lucas Oil Weekly Karting Series racing saw fourth generation racer Dalton Slack win his 8th straight Ed McPherson Construction Junior 2 Feature of the season to remain undefeated in 2014.

In other Performance Manufacturing Divisional action saw Jaedon Lawson take home his second RCM Racing Equipment Junior 1 Feature while Jackson Maytum and Tanner Bolduc earning their third and fourth wins in the Drummond Home Hardware Novice 1 and Tim Phillips Garage KC Auto Parts Novice 2 Divisions.

The Cassell Manufacturing Senior Fun Class had a lone competitor – Mike Speck.

Kart Racing continues Tuesday July 22nd. Gates open at 5 PM and Grandstand Admission is FREE. Racing begins at 7:00.
