Lindsay Rice, driver of the #18 Rice Racing Porsche 911, will return to her driver’s seat for the upcoming season to compete with some of the top talent in Canadian motorsport.

Rice, the 25 year-old Canadian driver, scored a total of seven podium wins in 2016 with her team Rice Racing in the #18 Porsche 911.

For 2017, Lindsay Rice will compete again in her 911 in Canada, with some race weekend stops in the United States.

After keeping a strong focus on her training in the Canadian off-season, Lindsay Rice is prepared to hop back into her race car to put down some competitive laps for her team.

“The 2017 season is shaping up very nicely for me and my team,” Says Rice, “We have a pretty solid schedule ahead for 2017 and we are looking forward to getting back out there to do some strong racing. After our practice at Sebring this month, I feel better than ever in my 911 and I am ready to take it back into competition.”

Lindsay’s support team, Bestline Autotech from Vaughan, ON, will be supporting the #18 for another year for Rice Racing. Bestline has a rich history in professional motorsport in Canada and the US, including many first place wins in the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge series, and previous racing wins with IMSA endurance series.

“To have the Bestline Autotech team as my support for another year.. I am just really lucky,” Lindsay says, “The team is like family to me, I trust them with my car completely. George, Matt, Vito, and Chris all have extensive knowledge in motorsport and it shows through at every practice and every race. They give me the perfect car, and I even trust them with my street car!”
