Three CKC drivers take on SuperNats with Innisfil Indy/GP Canada

After a successful inaugural season of the Canadian Karting Challenge (CKC), officials would like to thank all teams and drivers who competed in the series this year. Most recently, the Innisfil Indy Kart Team/GP Canada travelled to the Superkarts! USA SuperNationals in Las Vegas, Nevada with several CKC competitors. Taking on the tight and tricky temporary parking lot circuit at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino, CKC drivers would be seen on the international stage at the competitive and prestigious event.

Zack Meyer, Chad Campbell and 2014 CKC Shifter Champion Zach Shearer had a tough start to the weekend while in Las Vegas. With all three drivers having their engines prepared by Joe Launi at PowerHouse Racing Engines, the trio had the means to take on the demands of the SuperNationals XVIII. Meyer, Campbell and Shearer, and their mechanics worked hard all week, with all three finding their way into the top-20 in their respective categories.

Battling staggering fields and international competition, everyone at the CKC, Innisfil Indy and GP Canada would like to thank the drivers for a job well done.

A big thank you is also in order to Beppe and Gianpiero for their hospitality, as well as all the mechanics - Joe Launi, Darryl Timmers and Carlos Concalves. And last but not least, thank you to team owner Tony Launi.

Stay tuned for more information on the 2015 season of the Canadian Karting Challenge!
