Montreal, Quebec - Following the most dominant season in NASCAR Canada racing history, 19-year-old Treyten Lapcevich is making the jump to the United States-based zMax CARS Tour with Chad Bryant Racing in the #77 car.
A star-studded ownership group of NASCAR icons Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick and Justin Marks bought the zMax CARS Tour for Late Model stock cars last January, and they have been making waves in the motorsports world ever since.

Collaborating on a historic partnership, the primary sponsors for Lapcevich's '24 race season are Evirum Waste Management Eco-Responsible Services and Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World's Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion.

This new program is a big step forward for the Grimsby, ON racer's career.

"I'm very excited and thankful for this great opportunity to run full-time in the zMax CARS Tour for Chad Bryant Racing this season," said Lapcevich. "Thanks to the efforts of ALLREM Racing, we have a strong partnership team in place with Evirum and BKFC."

After last fall's news that they are now a presenting partner of the NASCAR Canada Series, this announcement with Lapcevich signals Evirum's commitment to motorsports internationally and assisting teams, tracks and industry partners with their sustainability, waste and recycling programs.

"Sponsoring Treyten's car is a strategic milestone for our business," said Max Blouin, CEO of Evirum. "Treyten embodies Evirum's commitment to excellence and performance, and we are proud to have him drive Evirum's car in the zMax CARS Tour this year. This partnership will propel our brand into the hearts of racing fans, tracks and sponsors across North America, echoing our role to play in the forward-thinking principles of NASCAR's NET zero strategy."

With a strong partnership group in place, ALLREM Racing has lined up another critical piece, signing Chad Bryant Racing to provide Lapcevich with a competitive ride for his zMax CARS Tour rookie campaign. A championship-winning crew chief, Chad Bryant operates one of the premier Late Model stock car teams in the U.S.

Pulling all the elements together to make this new program a reality has been a monumental task for ALLREM Racing's Executive Vice-President of Global Partnerships, Allan Boynton.

"ALLREM Racing is committed to the success of young people, and having the NASCAR Canada Series Champion Treyten Lapcevich launch our racing program in the United States is truly special," stated Boynton. "The tandem of Lapcevich and Chad Bryant Racing will position us to run for a championship and give race fans in the zMax CARS Tour a new and exciting driver to cheer on. Many thanks to our partners at Evirum and Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship for supporting our program and our team."

All of this adds to the excitement that's been building in a busy offseason for the 2024 zMax CARS Tour.

"To have a driver with the credentials of Treyton Lapcevich see the value in our series, that's a good indication that we're doing things the right way,” said the tour's executive director, Kip Childress. "The zMAX CARS Tour offers the best Late Model drivers a chance to move up the ranks, and having an international champion join us in that pursuit is positive on many levels. We look forward to having Treyton and his team race with us this year and watching him battle for race wins and a championship."

The past year has been a remarkable journey for the young Canadian racer, who is also studying at the prestigious Schulich School of Business in Toronto, and he took a few moments to reflect on his career to date.
"There's been so much hard work and dedication leading up to this announcement. I can't thank my parents enough for believing in me all these years. They've taught me how to do things the right way, and with hard work, anything is possible,” said Lapcevich.

"Ever since starting in quarter midgets at five years old, I've dreamed of an opportunity to race full-time in the United States. And it means even more to do it with the support of a Canadian company. I'm extremely excited for the future, and I believe this is only the start of amazing things to come," he concluded.

Lapcevich won't have long to wait to start his U.S. racing chapter. The 17-race zMax CARS Tour Late Model season opener goes on March 9 at Southern National Motorsports Park in Kenly, NC.
