Daytona Beach, Florida – The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 will head to Quebec for the fourth and final time this year with the JuliaWine.com Le 50 Tours on Sunday at Circuit de Trois-Rivieres. Below is a statistical look at the performance of the series and selected drivers at the track:

JuliaWine.com Le 50 Tours Setup:

· Andrew Ranger, last week’s NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 winner, has finished either first or second (four times each) across all eight all-time events at Circuit de Trois-Rivieres.

· Trois-Rivieres native L.P. Dumoulin, the defending winner of the JuliaWine.com Le 50 Tours as well as the reigning series champion, is in search of his first trip to Victory Lane in 2015.

· Season points leader Scott Steckly, who ranks third on the all-time wins list, will vie for his first road course triumph while 2013 Trois-Rivieres winner D.J. Kennington, second in career victories, will look to end a 22-race winless drought.

At Circuit de Trois-Rivieres:

History

· The Grand Prix de Trois-Rivieres began in 1967 when members of the Club Autosport Mauricien decided to organize a race in the streets of the city.

· It is the oldest street course in North America. This year is the 46th edition of the Grand Prix de Trois-Rivieres.

· Kerry Micks won the inaugural NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 Grand Prix de Trois-Rivieres event on Aug. 19, 2007.

Notebook

· The previous eight events have produced five different race victors, led by Andrew Ranger’s four triumphs.

· There have been five different pole winners in eight events. Three drivers have two apiece.

· Six drivers have participated in all eight previous events, and each are expected to extend the streak this week.

· Dodge has been the winning manufacturer in five events while Ford-powered cars have won the other three.

· Ranger, in 2010, is the only driver to win from the pole.

· The .012-second margin of victory for Micks over Ranger in 2007 is the closest finish in series history.

· Has a pole and seven top 10s in 14 career NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 starts.

· Ranks seventh in points this year with three top fives and five top 10s.

· Has two top 10s, an average finish of 17th and a best result of third in eight series road course starts.

Jason Hathaway (No. 3 Fast Eddie/Choko/HGC Chevrolet)

· Has six wins and 64 top 10s in 105 career starts. Is one of three drivers that have run every race in NCATS history.

· Ranks second in points on the strength of a win (Autodrome Chaudiere) and five top 10s in seven starts.

· Recorded 16 top 10s across the 37 all-time road course events with an average finish of 14th.

· Is third in points after seven events with six top 10s, highlighted by a win last time out at Autodrome St-Eustache.

· Has 15 wins, 15 poles, 26 races led, 28 top fives, 31 top 10s and an average finish of fourth in 34 career road races.

· Has finished either first (2008, `09, `10, `12) or second (2007, `11, `13, `14) in each of the eight all-time Trois-Rivieres events.

· Also has three wins in nine career NASCAR K&N Pro Series road course starts.

Scott Steckly (No. 22 Canadian Tire Dodge)

· Has a series-leading three championships (2008, ‘11, ‘13) through the first eight years of NCATS competition.

· Owner of 18 wins, 15 poles, 64 top fives and 78 top 10s. Is now tied for the all-time poles lead with Andrew Ranger while his top fives and top 10s totals rank second all-time. His wins total sits third in the record book. Is the all-time leader in races (54) and laps led (4,638), and is one of three drivers to start each of the 105 all-time events.

· Has three poles, 21 top fives, 30 top 10s and an average finish of 8.5 in 37 career road course starts. Has been a runner-up on the road on four occasions.

· Has six top 10s, an average finish of 10th and a best result of second (2008) in the eight Trois-Rivieres races.

Alex Tagliani (No. 18 EpiPen/CGI/CanTorque Chevrolet)

· Has two wins, six poles and 15 top 10s in 31 career NCATS starts.

· Ranks ninth in points despite missing the season opener to qualify for the Indy 500. Has top-10 finishes in each of his six starts.

· Has a win (Edmonton City Centre Airport, 2008), five poles, six top fives and an average finish of 15th in 15 series road course starts.

· Has two poles (2009, `13) an average finish of 19th and a best results of fifth (2013) in five previous Trois-Rivieres appearances.

Other Driver Notes

· Kevin Lacroix won the series’ last road course race at Circuit ICAR, in what was just his second career start.

· Patrice Brisebois (12th – 2013) and Derek White (seventh – 2011) recorded their best career finishes at Trois-Rivieres.

· Among the entrants for this race, Trois-Rivieres was the site for the series debuts of Brisebois, Camirand, Simon Dion-Viens, J.F. Dumoulin and L.P. Dumoulin.

Up To Speed:

· The 2015 season is the ninth for the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1.

· The 2015 schedule features 11 races at 10 different tracks across five provinces.

· Rookie Gary Klutt won the season-opening Pinty’s presents the Clarington 200 from the pole at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park on May 17.

· Jason Hathaway reached Budweiser 300 Victory Lane for the second year in a row at Autodrome Chaudiere on June 13.

· Alex Tagliani earned his first NCATS oval victory on June 20 when he won the inaugural Sunset Speedway event.

· Kevin Lacroix reached Victory Lane in just his second NCATS appearance when he won at Circuit ICAR on July 5.

· The western swing began on July 11 at Edmonton International Raceway with Scott Steckly winning in wire-to-wire fashion, a series first in an oval event.

· Steckly completed his western swing sweep as he won from the pole on July 15 at Auto Clearing Motor Speedway.

· Andrew Ranger extended his streak for years with a win to nine with his first career victory at Autodrome St-Eustache on July 25.

· Following the JuliaWine.com Le 50 Tours, the series will have an off-week before returning to action on Aug. 15 at Riverside International Speedway in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
