Barrie, Ontario – Kendra Adams, driver of the #2 SE Telecom/Mobil 1 Chevy, is ready to make her debut in the St. Onge Recreation Super Stock division this Saturday at Sunset International Speedway after racing Mini Stocks for the past three years.
The 16-year-old Super Stock rookie spent last weekend testing at Sunset International Speedway in preparation for opening night on Saturday. Adams has posted her thoughts about her test sessions on her Tyger Shark powered website’s Blog; http://www.kendraadamsmotorsports.com/2016-racing-season/
Adams is no stranger to adversity but she has set realistic expectations about her 2016 Super Stock season: “There are over forty Super Stocks cars registered this year and only twenty-six will make the feature each night. It’s going to be tough to qualify every night in my rookie year, but that’s my goal.”
Fibe TV Barrie will join Adams this Saturday to film a documentary at Sunset International Speedway and she hopes for a great turnout at the track and is certain they will capture some incredible Super Stock racing action for the show.
