Regina, Saskatchewan – After a long, cold winter, Maxx Ebenal will return to Zhuhai, China to compete in the Class A category in rounds 1 & 2 of the 2015 Asian Formula Renault 2.0L championship. He will be racing with the newly established BlackArts Racing (BAR) team.

Canadian Maxx Ebenal gained the attention of many racing teams during his successful 2014 season, as he impressed with his raw pace and winner mentality. "He always showed up to the races mentally prepared. He seemed to maintain the consistency and determination of an extremely skilled racer, even though he was in his rookie season" says Peter Olson, Ebenal's coach in 2014.

"I had a very strong rookie season in 2014, and I was looking forward to being able to secure a drive for 2015. After working hard to prepare myself over winter, a deal with BlackArts Racing (BAR) presented itself. I felt confident in my abilities, and jumped on it. I am very pleased to have been chosen for this opportunity, and I know I am ready to do well in the races" says Ebenal concluding his last day of employment in Canada.

Ebenal spent the winter getting physically prepared for the 2015 racing season. He was able to become an ambassador with Gold's Gym Executive in Regina, where he would train every day after work. "The facilities at Gold's in Regina were immaculate. All of the equipment was brand new and multimedia equipped. “I loved being able to study my in-car racing videos on Youtube while doing cardio exercises." says Ebenal.

The team intends to become a dominant force in motorsports in Asia, with a racing schools, young driver development programs and competitive cars in top racing championships in Asia. In 2015, BlackArts Raing (BAR) will be competing in the Asia Formula Renault Championship, the HKAA championship and the Macau GP, with major races in China, Malaysia, and Macau.
